The subject of the tender is the provision of planning services of the service phases 2 to 4 of the performance forms "Technical Equipment" and "Engineering buildings" according to the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI). The object to be scheduled is a district heating network including production andHouse transfer stations. The planning area is the supply areas of Solesmeser and Blankenhainer Strasse in Bad Berka. The residential areas are currently being supplied by a heating network. In the future, the connection of the two networks, the renewal of the house transfer stations, the dismantlingThe heat generator in Solesmeser Strasse and the construction of a new heat generation plant for both residential areas on Blankenhainer Strasse.
