Description:
Implementation of a measure in accordance with Section 16 SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 1, 3 and 5 SGB III with the title: Ex-Together in the Quarter. The target group of the measure is, according to Sections 7 ff. SGB II, employable beneficiaries of all ages and, if applicable, their members of the benefit community (BG). complex barriers to mediation. A framework agreement is concluded. Lot 1 - Bad Cannstatt (= location / location) includes at least 5 full-time positions / 7,020 hours / 585 hours per month for the 1st contract term. Contract term: April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027. The minimum purchase quantity is 60%. An increase in the order volume by up to 20% is possible by mutual agreement. An option clause with 5 extension options including a price escalation clause is included. When an option is exercised, the total amount can be increased twice by up to 20% each time (in total by up to 40 %) can be reduced without any obligation to pay compensation. With such an option, the minimum purchase quantity is calculated based on the reduced order volume.
