The Marienhausklinikum in the district of Ahrweiler consists of an acute hospital "Maria Hilf" in Bad Neuenahr and a specialist clinic for geriatric rehabilitation "Brohltal Clinic St. Josef" in Burgbrohl. With 307 plan beds, the Maria Hiln acute hospital provides basic and regular care for the district Ahrweiler sure. Around 11,000 patients are cared for inpatient and over 30,000 patients on an outpatient basis in ten main departments, a document department and the medical care center (MVZ). Around 1,000 employees work in our Clinic hand in hand, so that in the interaction of modern medicine, sound knowledge and human care experiences disease healing. A palliative care unit with 8 beds is shown within the field of internal medicine; The number of beds in this specialty remains with 118 beds unchanged. The planned measure includes the core renovation of level 6 on page A/B and a conversion to create a palliative care unit.
