Earthworks for the new construction of the heat energy center
Heat energy center Bad Toelz - Earthworks
The Bad Toelz public utilities will significantly expand the existing district heating network in Bad Toelz in the next few years. As part of the network expansion, the construction of a modern thermal power plant (Wpoor energy center WEZ) is planned. From here, the new district heating network for the south and west of the city will be supplied with environmentally friendly heat energy from wood boilers, large heat pumps, combined heat and power plants (CHPs), power-to-heat, peak load gas boilers and a large heat storage facilityerden.
The WEZ with a planned commercial area of approx. 2,850 m2 and a gross volume of approx. 26,000 m3 includes the installation rooms for the various heat supply systems, the central district heating station, the control room and a wood chip storage for automatic loadingt a crane system.
The services required in this tender relate to the civil engineering work required as part of the construction of the building and the external areas, in particular the excavation for the basement and foundations of the building, underground pipes and drainage systems, as well as theFilling and leveling of the site (see attached plans).
