- Civil engineering and bridge construction Bad Urach Garden Show 2027: Replacement new Kurwiesenbrücke In the spa park of Bad Urach there is the pedestrian bridge "Kurwiesenbrücke" over the Erms, which was built in 1975 and has significant deficiencies in terms of load-bearing capacity has durability. The city of Bad Urach therefore decided to replace the bridge with a new building in a slightly different, optimized location. This new building (single-span steel bridge) is to be completed by the 2027 garden show in Bad Urach, whose focus is in the area in and around the spa park. The construction work (engineering and bridge construction) for the new building is the subject of this tender. The demolition of the existing bridge is not part of the tender. Are specific the following essential construction services are tendered: - Create 200 m² construction road - Approx. 250 m³ earthworks (construction road, construction pits, pipeline exploration) - 44m² beam wall - 8 well foundations (d=1.5m, Vtotal = 32m³) - Approx. 30m³ reinforced concrete work (abutment) - Install approx. 7.6t of reinforcing steel - 40.9t of steel construction work - Approx. 1.4t of steel construction work (stainless steel railings) - 358m² surface preparation steel construction - 255m² corrosion protection work - 103m² mastic asphalt with sealing system - 4 pieces of elastomer bearings, partly with retaining structure - 7.6 m road crossing structure - 4 pcs vibration absorbers - 24 pieces of mini LED lights in the handrail - Technical processing services - Surveying services - Water drainage system...
