Description:
The subject of the performance is the implementation of extra -company vocational training (BAE) in a cooperative form in accordance with Section 16 (1) SGB II in conjunction with §76 ff SGB III for admission, continuation and success of vocational training for young beneficiaries who are entitled to workare entitled to support within the meaning of § 76 SGB III. All possibilities must be perceived in order to promote the transition from the trainee to a company apprenticeship relationship at the latest after the first year of apprenticeship. In addition to the usual training content, the training includes the followingSpecial measure content :? Development and promotion of key competencies ,? Support? and conveyor lessons ,? Social pedagogical accompaniment ,? Individual funding planning/creation of the funding plan ,? Mediation in regular training/work ,? Implementation of the training taking into accountTarget group -specific special features ,? Quality assurance (evaluation, feedback, etc.). When conveying the training content, attention must be paid to target group -specific didactics and methodology. The following number of places is planned for the advertised service: 1st year of measure:01.08.2025-31.07.2026: Maximum total number of places = 23 participation places, minimum acceptance = 16 participation places 2.
