- SBH | As a state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account, and the more than 400 Schools to be rented to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB).
Dismantling the staggered floor and using the roof area above the 2nd floor as a lounge and movement area, with alternative sports concepts, on and in the cubature. Creation of external escape staircases as steel skeletons. Commissioning of the underground car park during the construction phase.
