• The construction project is a 5-story apartment building from the Year 1905 with two staircases. The address of the object is: Braunschweiger Str. 59/61, 12055 Berlin Object description: The existing building is located in the Berlin district Neukölln. The 5-story residential building can be reached via public streets (Braunschweiger and Zeitzer Straße). It has two entrances. The courtyard area can only be reached through the two hallways. The residential building was built around 1905.
