Description:
Awarding of project management in accordance with VGV, Section 6, Subsecting 1 in the negotiation procedure with participation competition according to § 17 for the construction of an integrated control center and an administrative building with workshop and warehouse, project levels 3 to 5 in accordance with AHO. The client keepsthe gradual assignment, initially of the services in connection with the service phases 1 to 5 of the object planning, as well as the partial commissioning of the other services. The planning and construction of the critical infrastructure is subject to the Federal Corcitis Ordinance (CRITISV).From this, this is mandatory to be taken into account in the sense of IT and information security. Due to the spatially and security -composed relevance of the planned integrated control center, the applicants are already expected to experience experience with project controlof comparable demanding construction projects.Project control
