SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). --------------- The new building is a two-storey building without basement. On the ground floor there are classrooms, therapy rooms, a full -day area with an office, bay and warehouse as well as a partly as a learning landscape trained hallway. There are also classrooms on the upper floor and the hallway trained as a learning landscape. Both floors receive the necessary sanitary and toilet areas as well as cleaning rooms and technology rooms and are connected via a wheelchair-friendly elevator. --------------- Here: Heating --------------- The heating system of the new building is newly created:-Air-water heat pump approx. 30 kW including regulation; Plate heat exchanger for the secondary system; Automatic pressure posture with supply; Buffer memory; 1 heating divisions (approx. 30 kW) with approx. 3 control groups to DN 32; approx. 30 flange ferries up to DN 65; approx. 4 wet runner pumps; approx. 350m steel pipe lines up to DN 65 with insulation; approx. 5 Strang fittings up to DN 25; approx. 70m sheet metal coating up to DN 65; approx. 50 fire protection shells up to DN 65; approx. 800m2 underfloor heating with foot floor insulation.
