- The state capital Dresden is planning the complete renovation and revitalization of the listed, former robotron canteen into a simple, open, flexible-use art and cultural center with the least possible use of resources. Subject of the planned The commission includes basic services in the service profile: technical equipment for system group 1 wastewater, water and gas systems, system group 2 heat supply systems, system group 3 ventilation systems, system group 7 usage-specific systems and Process engineering systems, service phases 2 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2021 § 53 ff. as well as selected special services from the HOAI and project-specific services. The other required specialist planning services take place in parallel and are provided by the client provided independently or awarded separately. The required planning services for the technical equipment of system groups 4 and 5 will be tendered by the client in parallel in a separate procurement procedure (award no. 2026-GB313-00015). Funding from the federal program “Promotion of investments in national urban development projects 2024” is being applied for for the measure.
