Description:
As part of the overall project "Bruecken Mundsburg", several local and operational individual measures are bundled in the execution on the eastern section of the U3 underground line between the Mundsburg stop (MU) in the south and Barmbek (BK).
The execution of the Project is planned in 2026.
This tender package includes construction work for the basic maintenance of the four stone viaducts listed below:
• A (194) - Stone Viaduct Lerchenfeld10 openings length = 178 m
• A (196) - Stone Viaduct Finkenau, 5 openings length = 51 m
• A (070) - Stone Viaduct Volksdorfer Strasse, 4 openings length = 49 m
• A (072) - Stone Viaduct Wohldorfer Strasse, 16 openings length = 180 m.
Note for A (072):
It's not yet clarified whether the rental areas can be cleared by building A (072)! Therefore, the execution is still subject to reservation. At the time the The facts are clarified.
All structures are stone viaducts from brick vaulted design comparable from the years of construction from 1909 to 1912. As two -track structures, they lead the route tracks in a high position between the adjacent Steel bridges and streets.
Maintenance and partial renewal measures have been repeatedly carried out on all buildings in the past decades.
