Market exploration in accordance with § 28 VGV to introduce a uniform cash and administrative system 1. Background and objective The client plans the introduction of a uniform, cloud-based cash register and administrative system for its three facilities- the thermal bath Salzgitter-Bad, thatStadtbad Salzgitter-Lebenstedt and the ice rink on Salzgittersee. The aim is to optimize internal work processes and the creation of a consistent customer experience -free, consistent customer experience across all houses. Currently existing, different software systems lead to considerableOrganizational and technical challenges. Customers cannot use products (e.g. test cards or vouchers) across houses, and the care by various service providers makes the administration difficult. A uniform system with central support by a single providerShould solve these challenges, standardize technical operation and improve customer service. A solution with several different systems and subsequent connection to a common background system becomes not expedient from a technical and economic perspectiveviewed. 2.
