The city of Mannheim has its subsidiary BBS Bau- und Betriebservice GmbH with the construction of a four -day primary school with all -day care and two -way sports hall in the newFranklin-Quartier commissioned.
The school went into operation in September 2023 (sports hall in March 2024).
The building ensemble lies on a "behind" property (in the final state: approx. 10,400 m2) in the southwestern outskirts of the new district in the northeast of the city of Mannheim and is over the westernto reach located waterworks road.
The construction project is composed due to the different uses from two parts of the building, which are also built in a construction phase.
