The subject of this tender is the following hardware framework agreements, which BayKIT eG, as the central procurement agency within the meaning of Section 120 Paragraph 4 GWB, is tendering for its members and their future members: . - Lot 1: printing - ink - Lot 2: printing - laser - Lot 3: scanning. . To the Beneficiaries of the framework agreements also include future members of BayKIT eG who are not yet members at the time of the tenders, provided they are based in Bavaria. Members of BayKIT eG can be all legal entities under public law (corporations, Institutions and foundations under public law) and the institutions supported by them as well as private law companies in which legal entities under public law or their institutions have a 100% stake, directly or indirectly - through such a participation insofar as they are public clients within the meaning of Part Four of the Act Against Restraints of Competition. However, the right to purchase only begins from the moment you become a member of BayKIT eG. The retrieval from the framework agreements is carried out by BayKIT eG and not by the members. Offers can be made for one lot, for several lots or for all lots.
