Description:
The vocational development agency is planning - funded by the European Union and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia - to build a replacement training center at the existing location in Kerpen, incorporating a vocational college, a boarding school and a training and education center Administration building. The project was divided into different construction phases for the different work to be carried out and new buildings to be built, as the new construction takes place during ongoing operations and the existing buildings successively replaced, which are being canceled step by step. The planning and construction services for the individual buildings/construction phases are awarded as packages based on the deadlines specified by the grants for the new buildings, the demolition and dismantling work, the outdoor facilities and the arcade roofing are awarded as individual trades. As part of lot 2 - vocational college including guest house - the construction services are included in the package for the vocational college, training and administration building and boarding school buildings in total Approx. 12,675 m² GFA (execution period July 2026 to May 2028) awarded. With the construction work, the work and assembly planning is also awarded to the contractor. The tender is based on a functional service description and a prepared one Execution planning.
