Description:
The building site is part of the Langenfelde bus depot and is located in Hamburg-Eimsbuettel west on Kieler Strasse and south of Warnstedtstrasse. In the area of the planned construction site there was originally an old administration building, an above-ground parking space and the access to the Bus depot.
After the dismantling of the existing building and the building clearance carried out in the course of the construction work, the construction of an office building with two sub- and seven upper floors is planned on the Warnstedtstrasse/Kieler Strasse. Technology floor serves. From the fifth above -ground floor, the building is staggering. The roof areas resulting from this are partly intended as roof terraces. The building is divided into the four functional areas of the control center, the administration of the bus operation and the charging technology to supply the e-buses on the depot, as well as the two sub-floors for parking spaces.
