Description:
HLS The scope of services includes the complete renewal of the heating, ventilation and sanitary technology in 14 toilet rooms and 2 tea kitchens as part of the Böblingen employment agency's toilet renovation. The work is carried out in 2 consecutive times construction phases (strand 1 and strand 2). These include, among others: Renewal of drinking water, dirty and rainwater pipes, Installation of new sanitary ware, facing shells and water heaters, Adjustment and partial renewal of heating pipes and radiators, New installation of the ventilation systems including fire dampers and exhaust fans, Integration of an MSR function for fault reporting. The work will be carried out in sections during ongoing operations. Noise-intensive activities are with the Coordinate building owner and planning. Access via the corridors on each floor. HLS execution dates: Construction phase 1: March 26, 2026 - July 31, 2026 Construction phase 2: August 20, 2026 - December 11, 2026
