Refurbishment to restore the corrosion protection
Refurbishment of an approx. 2.9 km long section DN 2600 / DN 2000 with 41 control shafts and 4 operating shafts in the districts of Billwerder and Allmoehe
The following are essentiallyExecution:
- measures to secure traffic in the area of construction sites
- maintenance of the preparation in the construction site areas of the collector
- gas measurements and security measures
- ventilation/air conditioning/lighting of the work areas in collector
- cleaning of the to be renovatedShafts and the collector DN 2600 / DN 2000
-Inspection and documentation of the state of damage of the renovation route by inspection (analyzing, among other things, corrosion protection outline, concrete attack, cracks in concrete, concrete coverage, water permeability, bladder formation, etc.)
-expansion of manifolds,such as climbing ladders, crampons (including climbing rails), railings, safety chains, holding ironing, cover plates, potential-out-like, etc.
-securing and protecting the existing, non-dismantling shaft equipment and lines (e.g. light wave conductors,Message measuring devices)
removal of the existing, damaged corrosion protection linings; Remove damaged joint straps
