- In the following years, a research and industrial park for urban technologies: Berlin TXL Urban Tech Republic and a new residential area: the Schumacher Quarter will be built on the area of the former Tegel Airport. With the development and management of Urban Tech Republic, the SchumacherQuartier and TXL Nord commissioned Tegel Projekt GmbH. There are electrical work on a framework contract. The order includes repairs, locations, restricting and new installations of lines and electrical system parts in the outside area. TheServices are called up at short notice as required.
