Description:
The federal and the federal states' pension institution ("VBL") is a legal institution of public law borne by the federal and state governments. Their purpose is to provide the insured workers an additional age, disability and survivors. The VBL is One of the largest institutional investors in Germany. Some of the investments consist in direct residential properties with regional focuses in Hamburg, Berlin, Hanover, Duesseldorf, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt / Main and Munich. The VBL writes the amounts required in the future for the general current of this mainly used real estate in the direct stock. These are delivery points in apartment buildings, some of them with smaller commercial units. Client and thus the contractual partner for properties listed in the tender documents is the federal and the federal states (VBL) in Karlsruhe, represented by real estate administrations commissioned by it in Hamburg, Berlin, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt / Main and Munich.
