The St. Georg Clinic intends the conversion of a bed house (house 6) at the Eutritzsch location to the health academy "St. Georg" as a medical professional and educational center. The buildingwas completed in 1913. It is part of a area monument and has five standard floors. The building was last renovated in the 1970s and expanded with a two -storey extension. For the intended conversion, the building must be fundamentally renovated and withinto convert the existing static system for the intended purpose. The construction site is located in the rear part of the clinic.
