Bf. Berlin Alexanderplatz, main construction work 1, fire protection technology. strengthening Fire protection upgrade and preservation of the Alexanderplatz station reception building. The award includes measures on the ground and basement floors of the station and on the Platform level, including shell construction work, special foundation engineering in the basement (HDI method and lowering of the floor slab), comprehensive new construction of technical systems in cost groups 410, 420, 430, 470, construction of rooms for a replacement network system as well a DB Energie transformer station. Furthermore, the facades inside and outside the reception building will be renewed and a ring earth electrode and rainwater drainage pipes will be installed and connected to the drainage network.
