Planning and construction in the package for the Werhallen 1 - 3
BFW workshops 1 - 3
The BFW plans to build the replacement building of the training center at the existing location in Kerpen, integrating a vocational college with a further 3,000 sqm area requirement. The project was in different construction phases for the differentWork to be carried out and new parts of the building to be created, since the new building takes place during the ongoing operation and gradually replaces the existing buildings, the train is canceled by train. The planning and construction work for the individual buildings/construction phases are based on theProvided by the grants for the new buildings as packages, the demolition and dismantling work, early measures, construction logistics and the outdoor facilities are awarded as individual trades. As part of this award, the planning and construction work in the package for the 1.and 2nd workshop (execution planning 08.12.2025 - 20.03.2026, execution 02.02.2026 - 18.12.2026) as well as the 3rd workshop (execution planning 23.03. -31.07.2026, execution 28.08.2028 - 27.04.2029) awarded. The roof structure of the workshops consists of steel shed roofs with trapezoidal sheet metal covering,that tension over 13.40 m in the long length of the hall. In the transverse direction, two column axes are provided with a distance of about 10 m. The individual Sheds are stored on reinforced concrete subcontracts and supports.
