Description:
The order includes the factory repair of the valve, tax,
of the SPZ marten system.Additional needs (security surcharge). The actual orders occurring during the contract period may differ with regard to the quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in an explanatory manner.
The upper limit for the respective order forms in eachCase the total amount in the relevant in question (estimation requirement + security surcharge).
A obligation of the AG to issue individual orders is not justified by this contract.
The contract term begins from 01.01.2026 and ends on December 31, 2028.Between Hil GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be ended by a special right of termination.
Furthermore, the client reserves the optional extension of the framework agreement by December 31, 2029.Stk.services
