Description:
The order includes the factory repair of various components of the SPZ Marder system.
When submitting an offer, bidders must take into account that the information on the respective
Experts only estimate requirements derived from past values and, if necessary, one any additional requirements that arise (safety surcharge). The actual during
Orders placed during the contract term may vary with regard to the items contained in a subject lot
Required quantities of the respective material numbers differ.
The upper limit for the respective order is in any case the total quantity summarized in the relevant subject lot (estimated requirement + security surcharge).
This contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the client to place individual orders.
The contract term begins when the contract is awarded and ends on December 31, 2028.
If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal basis
ends, the framework agreement can be terminated through a special right of termination.
Furthermore, the client reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until December 31, 2029.
