Description:
VIP Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam GmbH is the operator of the inner -city public transport in the state capital Potsdam. The VIP's own infrastructure and the vehicle fleet must keep up with the development of the state capital, with increased needs with a view to the traffic transition orbe adjusted. For this, a corresponding adjustment of the depot in Fritz-beil-Str. 96 in 14482 Potsdam-Babelsberg required. To implement the requirements of the "Clean Vehicle Directive" (VCD), the existing bus fleet operated with fossil fuels, which is currently from round60 vehicles are gradually replaced by emission -free vehicles with an alternative electric drive.
