Bicycle leasing framework agreement Framework agreement for bicycle leasing with a term of 36 months with the option of extending by 1 year. As part of the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in municipal services (TV bicycle leasing) from March 1st, 2021, the city of Euskirchen would like to enable all employees and civil servants to have a company bicycle as part of a leasing agreement. The subject of the lease is the provision of bicycles as part of the leasing (Partial amortization leasing) in accordance with TV bicycle leasing for the purpose of providing it to employees and civil servants for business and private use, including insurance and services. Here in particular the processing of order, return and Damage settlement processes, maintenance and repairs as well as incident management. The leasing item may only be new bicycles that correspond to the original manufacturer's specifications. The framework agreement should have a term of: 36 months, with the possibility of an option period of 1 year. The individual leasing contracts each have a term of 36 months according to TV leasing. The individual leasing contracts are valid even after the term of the framework agreement has expired fulfill and may not be terminated.
