SBH | As a state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties according to economic principles, taking school interests into account, and the more than 400 Schools to be rented to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB). --------------- The new 3.5-speed Bille-Gymnasium is being built at Billwerder Strasse 31. Three buildings and the design of the outdoor area are being built on the site. INDIVIDUAL CONSTRUCTION: As one of the three buildings there is a project 21-0005 the new construction of an individual building was realized. The rooms for administration and teachers are planned to be used here, and there are also multifunctional areas for the school location (canteen, stage, music) and other classrooms. The building is planned as a four-story solid construction. The facades have a facing wall made of clinker bricks.
