In the south of Passau, the new construction of the Federal Police Inspection Passau is to be realized become. The property of the Bundeswehr's former military training area (formerly Bundeswehr site P9, Passau, Haaidenhof district, Fl. No. 549/168) is available with approx. 22,300 m2. The property was used by the city of Passau as a rubble and material warehouse. The evacuation and the dismantling are currently being carried out. The property is acquired in IV/2025. The new federal police is to be built on approx. 19.130 m2. The remaining area is intended for later development by the State Office for Finance.
The construction project is in the in -depth concept study divided into two parts of the building.
