Description:
The new Technical University of Nuremberg (UTN) will be built on an approximately 37 hectare area in the south of Nuremberg. The 1st stage of the UTN, the so -called 5 founding buildings (GGB), is divided into 3 sub -construction measures (TBM). The 3rd TBM is the new construction of the Quantum Engineering (QE), oneLaboratory building with approx. 1880 sqm2 usable area. A general planner for the performance phases 2 to 9 is commissioned for the building performance of the building. Services are in particular: building planning (including fire protection planning and energy planning services), structural engineering planning, technical equipment HLS and ELT,Laboratory planning, building physics, as well as services for BNB certification 'silver' and BIM coordination. The planning of the building is to be carried out using the BIM method.
The founding building with a usage area (Nuf 1-6) of 17,700 m2 are in three sub-construction measures (TBM) with 5Divided individual buildings and the total costs (KG 200-600) are approx. € 103.6 million. The development measure (EM 1) ensures the Infra-structural and supply-technical functionality of the GGB and at the same time forms the conversion of the entire first stage of development and the connection toThe public Transport network.
