Description:
Staged contract for basic project management services in accordance with Section 2 AHO Issue No. 9 (May 2025) for project stages 3-5 for 2 new building projects at BioCampus Cologne, called HUBitat and Laborator.
BioCampus Project Management 25
Basic project management services are provided via a step-by-step contract in accordance with Section 2 AHO issue No. 9 (May 2025) about project levels 3-5 is required, see also section II.1.4. Continuous accompanying advice on the further development and updating of the established business case as the project progresses is essential for one of the central goals of the overall project: Be able to maintain cost stability throughout the project through comprehensive cost control. This also includes documentation that is transparent and available and usable to the client at all times. It must be demonstrated plausibly that the project management involves in-house commercial expertise able to meet these requirements. The project management must have extensive experience in connection with sustainable planning and construction, especially for special buildings (laboratories, etc.). This includes experiences from the EU Green Deal (ESG, Taxonomy), Cradle to Cradle concept, Green building certification and raw material database required.
