Description:
The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (further: client) intends to procure external legal services to support internal legal advice, whereby in the context of providing the legal services it must be taken into account that the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is considered a legal entity in accordance with Art. 91b GG Non-profit, non-university research institution funded by the federal and state governments in the legal form of a registered association is subject to public law framework conditions that can influence all areas of consulting. For this purpose, a framework agreement for legal advice should be and support services in the area of biotechnology/genetic engineering law: The provision includes advice and support to the client on legal issues in the biotechnology sector, including, but not limited to, genetic engineering law, especially in connection with this with R&D contracts and license agreements. The services in accordance with Section 116 GWB are not the subject of this procurement.
