Description:
The overall measure includes the partial renovation of a listed administrative building at Bismarckstrasse 48 in 10627 Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
The measures are taken during ongoing operations executed.
High-quality renovation work on listed box double windows as well as replacement of external windows is advertised here Sun protection (Venetian blind systems) and internal glare protection.
48 - carpentry work
The essential components of the advertised Performance are:
-Renovation of approx. 120 listed box double windows divided into three successive construction phases.
This includes Among other things: reworking the wooden components and fittings, renewing the color coating, subsequently. Installation of hose seal to improve the tightness and sound insulation, making it accessible and lockable, ensuring complete functionality.
