The subject of this award procedure is a framework agreement with an economic participant with the scope of service outlined in the followingBitBW is a user support concept offered for the users.
The range of services is made up of the following coherent fields of performance:
* 1st level support (includes the service provision for the service DESK, the included order processing with optionalAdded "full service" and optionally bookable subject -specific service desk for individual specialist procedures and the handling of special workplaces for the assisted IT clients,
* 2nd level support (includes services that cannot be provided by 1st Level SupportFor example, special technical skills require installation methods and provision of client hardware and periphery, firmware and driver management, group guidelines, endpoint security check, patch and weakness management, package and package maintenance, GPOS),
* Technical Field Service(TFS) describes the on-site service provision in the area organization by service technicians (including installation, removals, devices exchange, equipment reduction and warehousing, etc.),
