The tender includes the interior carpentry work for the new Campus Waldau (KCW), a daycare center and family center with classrooms, in 34123 Kassel, Goerlitzer Str.26.
Building description:
The building is a two-story wooden structure without a basement erected on a concrete floor slab.
The L-shaped building has the maximum dimensions of approx. 52 m x 24 m with a floor area of approx. 950 square meters and a height of up to approx. 7.50 m above ground.
Type and scope of service:
- approx. 40 linear meters of wardrobes with storage compartments and benches
- approx. 20 running meters of boot holder strips
- 4 built-in furniture as seating niches approx. 2 x 2.16 m
- 5 shelves and shelf cabinets
- 6 sliding door systems in front of wall niches
- approx. 20 square meters of wall paneling made of vertical wooden strips
- 4 built-in furniture units as base cabinets for washbasins
- Process 25 solid wood stools
- Sanitary partition systems for 9 rooms (approx. 13 cabins)
