Tiling work KoeKa KfZ training hall and building

The project includes the construction of a new vehicle training hall and a training building for the Bundeswehr on the site of the Theodor Koerner barracks in Aachen. The hall will be built on the demolished buildings 15, 15a, 16, 17 and the training building on building 18. Both new buildings will be integrated into the existing barracks building.
The automotive training hall with a gross floor area of approx. 2,050 m2 and a gross volume of approx. 11,655 m3 is used for practical training and vehicle accommodation. It is constructed with reinforced concrete walls and a pent roof with a filigree and in-situ concrete ceiling. The facade consists of suspended metal panels. Safety precautions such as fire protection and escape routes are integrated.
The training building has a gross floor area of approximately 2,110 m2 and includes offices, classrooms and storage rooms. It will have a curtain aluminum siding facade and will also be protected from fire protection. The first and second escape routes are through direct exits and internal connecting doors secured.
Tiling work is planned for both buildings.
The subject of this tender is the tiling work and the screed work under tile covering for the new building.
The central construction site facility (sanitary container) is available for use by the contractor.
