Description:
The BLB NRW will renovate the Bielefeld University building (UHG) in a total of 6 construction phases. The third construction phase (3rd BA UHG) is to be implemented with the innovative award and contract model of the integrated project processing. All project -participated companies sign in doing so (Both planners and construction workers) together with the client a so -called multi -party contract. The following alliance partners are planned:
1. Planner building construction (AP 1)
2. Planner TGA HKLS u. Elt (AP 2)
3. Planner and Bau Labor (AP 3)
4. Construction of extended shell (AP 4)
5. Construction expansion (AP 5)
6. Construction TGA HKLS (AP 6)
7. Bau Tga Elt (AP 7)
8. Client BLB NRW
As part of the award procedures, price components are queried by the bidders.
The task of the auditor must be checked and, if necessary, correct them down.
Regular exams and special exams are carried out, which must be carried out over the entire project duration (2025 - 2034):
It should be checked whether the price components / clearing rates offered to develop the price components actually incurred in the previous three years in the previous financial years of the respective contractor / Corresponding to clearing rates.
