• Planning services of the construction logistics BLB NRW Cologne / main building of the University of Bonn - restructuring / renovation - higher-level construction logistics The subject of the planning is the main building of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitat Bonn. The building complex, centrally located in Bonn, is currently being used by the University administration as well as three humanities faculties - the Evangelical Theology, Catholic Theology and Philosophy Faculty with associated institutes - and mainly houses office and staff rooms, lecture halls, seminar and meeting rooms, libraries, Museum areas, an auditorium and the early classicist castle church. The listed main building is in need of renovation and, among other things, no longer meets the fire protection and user requirements, and there are significant deficiencies in accessibility. The main building should therefore be completely renovated and university operations will be completely restructured. The future space requirements of the various university uses will be repositioned and organized in the main building and, among other things, in the new Viktoriakarree building. The core renovation of the main building (KSHG) is due to its interim use of the Koblenzertor wing is divided into two construction phases.
