The BLB NRW is planning the holistic restructuring of university operations and thus
From this follows
a new location of the space required for university uses both in the main building
as well as in Victoria Square.
Object This planning service is the remediation of pollutants in connection with the new construction of the Victoria Square and the dismantling of the old Victoria Baths and the spa wing on Franziskanerstrasse. The renovation work is scheduled to begin in 2026 and before demolition work begins.
Remediation of pollutants should be carried out be brought forward.
