The operational safety of the chemical institutes at the University of Bonn (built around 1972) must be maintained until they are renovated in around 10 years.
The BLB NRW requires a technical inspection and assessment the existing wastewater, water, gas, demineralised waterand compressed air systems as well as the heating and fire extinguishing pipes, with regard to fire protection (fastenings, wall ducts, insulation, etc.), operational safety, the intended function and the exclusion of danger in the entire main and lecture hall building.
In addition, ventilationThe cables must be checked for proper fastening in the escape and rescue routes.
