The main building of the University of Bonn should be in the nextYears are fundamentally renovated and the university company completely restructured. The listed main building no longer corresponds to the fire protection and user -oriented requirements and has considerable deficits with regard to accessibility. The centrally in BonnLocated building complex is currently used by the university administration and three humanities faculties- the Evangelical theological, the Catholic-Theological and the Faculty of Philosophy with its institutes- and also houses office and personnel rooms, lecture halls,Seminar and meeting rooms, libraries, museum areas, an auditorium and the early classicist castle church. The future area needs of the various university uses will be re -located and organized in the main building and in other buildings. The client is the construction and property operationNRW, owner and user the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitat Bonn.
In addition to the core renovation of the main building, the final production of the Koblenzertor wing after the use of interimness is also the subject of the planning service advertised here.
