Scope of services:
The following service phases are commissioned according to HOAI:
- Service phases 1 to 5 (basic determination to implementation planning)
- Service phases 6 and 7 (preparation and participation in the award process)

Project description:
The project includes the construction of a modern new laboratory building with demanding requirements for the technical building equipment, especially in the area of laboratory supply and media management. From a sustainability perspective, the new building should be certified according to the BNB "Silver" system. The The future institute includes rooms for research and teaching, including seminar rooms, office and evaluation spaces as well as internship laboratories and laboratories in the research area. What should be highlighted here are the special rooms for the installation of scanning electron microscopes, animal breeding (aquaria) and climate chambers in which temperature, humidity and light can be adjusted with the highest precision for experiments.
