• These are project management and quality assurance services using the BIM method for an SEP process. The services are essentially related to the HOAI service phases (LPH) assigned to the respective project stage for all service profiles: - Project level 1: Project preparation (SEP preparation phase) - Project level 2.1: Planning (SEP award phase) - Project level 2.2: Planning (SEP planning phase) - Project level 3: Execution preparation (SEP construction phase) - Project level 4: Execution (SEP construction phase) - Project stage 5: Project completion (SEP construction phase) With the conclusion of the contract, the following project stages are commissioned: - Stage 1: SEP phase 1 Project preparation, basic services and special services - Stage 2.1: Planning (SEP award phase) Basic services and special services The commissioning takes place in stages. The BLB reserves the right to optionally transfer required additional levels and other services individually or as a whole.
