• BLB NRW DU / Duisburg / UDE Campus DU / Replacement areas Faculty of Physics / Project management and quality assurance using the BIM method for a SEP process (020-26-00052) The BLB NRW is planning to renovate the building with the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE). The existing LE building and a new replacement building for the Faculty of Experimental and Theoretical Physics. The UDE Department of Physics is currently located at the Mülheimerstrasse/Lotharstrasse location (M area). The buildings as well as the technical Infrastructure is outdated and inadequate. The space is currently sufficient. Therefore, the aim is to replace the areas 1:1. The plan is to accommodate teaching/seminar and office use for experimental and theoretical physics existing LE building and the use of the laboratory for experimental physics in an attached replacement building. For this purpose, the LE building will be emptied and gutted and the surrounding underground infrastructure will be dismantled and dismantled.
