The present tender covers the refrigeration technology for the commercial kitchen technology of the cafeteria in section E. It is a university building with a cafeteria on the ground floor and an underground car park, where there is also technologyrooms are accommodated.
The re-cooling of the deep cold takes place with the advertised normal cold (cascade). The recooling of the normal cold takes place from the heat exchanger interface through the recooler of the building technology (water/glycol system, not the subject of this tender).
