This measure serves to prepare for the subsequent dismantling and conversion work as part of the heating and system technology. TP03 - Construction of the Infrastructure building for the north hall The construction of the infrastructure building for the north hall is initially carried out by establishing the local heating connection from the nearby boiler house via the newly created underground media channel to the Technical room of the infrastructure building.
