Description:
The construction and property company North Rhine-Westphalia, Dortmund branch, reports the services of the technical building equipment (TGA) as part of a comprehensive renovation of the catering area in the Nordkirchen Castle (University of Finance NRW). The listed building remains during the measurein operation. The assignment includes in particular the following services: - planning of the ventilation system including a central circulatory composite system with heat recovery - planning of a new external air intake, taking into account statics, fire protection and monument protection - renewal of underfloor heatingincluding heating circuit distribution and connection to the existing district heating supply - examination and, if necessary, renewal of the district heating transfer station - renewal and re -planning of the sanitary installations including sewage pipes - Integration of existing drainage systems (e.g. fat separator) - planning of theElectrical installation incl. O Complete fire alarm system (category 1) o safety lighting and rescue route marking o Energy -efficient lighting with control system o EDP -appropriate electricity and data connections - kitchen planning New devices in coordination with the user - planning of theElevation system for the production of accessibility-consideration of monument conservation requirements
