- The construction and property company NRW Cologne plans to renovate the Administrative and Finance Court of Cologne.
Blb NRW/Cologne/Administrative Court and Cologne Finance Court Basic maintenance/scaffolding work
The construction work takes place in 4 self-contained construction phases. Each construction phase includes approx.1/4 of the building, from the basement up to the upper floor, including pointed floor. The respective construction phases are opened, the rest of the building is completely obtained during the work of the work. The renovation therefore takes place during operation.
Access to the building is carried out byOutside over the facade frame to be created. Existing
window openings are converted as construction site access with construction doors. The vertical freight forwarder is carried out via freight lifts on the scaffold. Material transport into the building is then also carried out by the window access.
