• Description:
• The subject of this contract is the collection of blood/preservation of evidence and the chemical-toxicological examination of blood and/or urine samples (qualitative and quantitative) based on the GTFCh guidelines for quality assurance forensic toxicological examinations” and the associated systems, for the presence of narcotics, medications and/or other intoxicating substances and, if applicable, alcohol (particularly with regard to Section 24a StVG and Sections 315c, 316 StGB) as well as the Assessment of the results in the form of forensically usable reports (particularly on the question of driving ability and culpability). In addition to the client, the public prosecutor's office and courts are also entitled to place orders under the same conditions Prices of the contract concluded on the basis of this tender procedure. This does not change the quantities stated in the price list (file 06). The subject of the tender covers the area of: Munich Police Headquarters the following services: (1) After a blood sample has been taken, the contractor will be given the required number of blood samples (i.e. blood sample tubes): • 1 blood sample tube if alcohol is detected in simple stored cases • 2 blood collection tubes for serious crimes, serious traffic accidents or toxicological examination purposes • 3 blood collection tubes i. For example, determining cocaine consumption. If necessary, the contractor will be informed in individual cases (if given voluntarily) hand over a urine sample with an order for testing.
